Duggan is a loyal and passionate individual. His attitude is always positive when visiting the office and conversing with him is always enjoyable. Duggan listens with intent always making eye contact. His blue eyes are bright and one of his most prominent features. His cleft chin is well defined and makes him particularly handsome and unique. He radiates kindness and speaks highly of his relationships with family and friends. He finds fulfilment in being a loyal friend that can provide a safe place for growth and conversation.

Duggan is also an avid sports fan, making sure to keep up with all his favorite teams and playing them himself. Basketball, weightlifting, and golf are his main hobbies however he is a fan of watching all sports. He is physically very strong, tall with large biceps and evidence of his physical hobbies. He also prides himself in his ability to have multiple perspectives, citing his experiences in his early home life and accomplishments as an adult that help him connect with people well.
