HOW IS SxSB (SUSSEX SPERM BANK) SUPPORTING THE NHS?
For NHS Patients
Patients who are being funded by the NHS should in the first instance contact their clinic, as we will be liaising with them to arrange your order. Once you have selected your donor you will need to let your clinic know. They will then contact SxSB to arrange the order and make the payment.
It is important that all patients create an account on our website (www.sussexspermbank.com) and sign up for an All Access Pass. You can view all donor material for free once you have done this. Our All Access Pass is free – if you do not sign up you will need to pay to view certain donor material. Signing up for an All Access Pass also enables you to complete and submit our Form Packet. The Form Packets are our Terms & Conditions as well as our your registration details/confirmation of your wish to have treatment with our donor.
For NHS Staff
For NHS staff you would also need to sign up for our All Access Pass. When you have selected your chosen donor and are ready to place your order, please contact a member of our Client Services team who will be able to place your order over the phone with you. At this time we will require confirmation of your NHS details so that we are able to verify your details.
